Who Staffing is representing a venture-backed technology startup in Baltimore in their search for entry level Enterprise Account Executives to sell their services to technology leadership within large corporations nationally. This role will involve heavy research and cold calling to set sales appointments for the Founder of the company, along with proposal and deal closure support.
This organization has been growing 400% year over year and is aggressively looking to expand through additional enterprise sales lead generation. The team is looking for junior inside salespeople with a strong drive, hunger, and willingness to hustle. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Prospect new business with creative, compelling, and break-through-the-noise tactics and strategies.
· Deliver authentic and persuasive conversations that result in qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team.
· Master every facet of our service platform, thereby making your job easier and also ensuring you’re an ace at describing it to others you’re talking to.
· Strong interest in B2B sales, with the willingness to make 50+ cold calls a day. Prior sales experience is ideal.
· Excellent communication skills required to call on IT Directors and above within large corporations.
· Interest in technology/telecom is a plus.
· Experience in fast-paced, chaotic environments i.e. venture-backed start-ups, hectic retail environment, or in a small business is ideal.
· Track record of achievement in results-oriented roles.
· Comfort with autonomous execution.
