Who Staffing is looking for a Software Engineer for a fulltime direct hire opportunity with our client in Westminster, Maryland 

Job Description:

Skills Requirements:

·        Demonstrated working knowledge of design patterns, programming languages, and software development methodologies.

·        Able to take a software development project from early stages through release. Most importantly, demonstrate a passion for learning and software development.

·        Able to provide high level problem solving, direct support of customers, and capture customer needs.

·        Proficiency with programming languages. Developing proficiency with design patterns and software development methodologies.

·        New programming languages and design patterns are quickly mastered.

·        Demonstrated ability to mentor others in software development projects from conception all the way through release and into maintenance.

·        Able to assist in writing proposals, conducting training, making client presentations and / or capturing new business.

·        Up to 20% travel 

Education/Experience Requirements:

·        One of the following:

o   5+ years professional programming experience

o   3+ years programming experience plus bachelor’s degree

o   2+ years programming experience plus engineering bachelor’s degree

o   1+ years professional programming experience plus master’s degree in computer science or related
