Who Staffing is looking for a Client Service Associate / Marketing Assistant for a fulltime, direct hire opportunity with our client in Hunt Valley, MD.
Job Summary:

The successful candidate is experienced in a similar role, highly organized, professional, and dependable with a high degree of integrity. You will handle a variety of different roles as you work together as a team toward our clients’ success.
Job Responsibilities:
· Receive and process incoming mail
· Field client phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
· Receive and greet client visitors
· Assist with client accounts and inquiries
· Schedule client review meetings for advisors
· Prepare client meeting materials for the advisors
· Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Scan and file documents
· Assist advisors with client needs and related tasks
· Assist with client account documents
· Assist with marketing and assigned projects
· Assist with client/website communications
Social Media:
· Knowledge of the operations of LinkedIn
· Creation of “Financial Services Blogs” as identified by the Financial Advisor (FA). After completion and approval. These Blogs are to be posted on LinkedIn
· Working with a Marketing Company to design post templets and (any required) graphic design
· Working with Compliance to ensure that all posts are approved before posting
· Manage the scheduling of Posts
· Re-purpose the posts and re-send to prospects (in the form of emails) as directed by the FA
· Evaluate (with FA) effectiveness of the Blogs / Posts
· Maintain a “Blog Library” of all Posts on the Teams Website
Events Planning:
· Develop Financial themed Events as offered by FA
· Select Event location and work with venue owner to schedule the event
· Plan all details for the event (Food, seating, speaker etc.)
· Prep and communicate invitations
· Follow-up calls (as required) to ensure attendance
· Manage responses and work with FA to ensure desired attendance
· Develop Agenda with the FA
· Work with sponsors to communicate details and ensure funding is received
· Coordinate follow-up with attendees as directed by the FA
Job Requirements:
· College degree
· Previous financial industry experience (1-2 years) preferred
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Pleasant and friendly demeanor and personality
· Highly organized
· Ability to multi-task under pressure
· Self-motivated individual
· Desire to provide stellar client service at all levels of engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Wealth management experience working with high-net worth individuals
· Series 7 preferred but not mandatory
