VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT

Who Staffing is looking for a Vice President of Product for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client headquartered in Alexandria, VA. This position requires the VP to be onsite in office 3 days per week to collaborate with the Product and Technology teams. 

Job Summary:

Who Staffing has been retained by our client to identify a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President of Product to lead its product organization during a period of rapid growth and innovation. This executive will oversee product strategy, product management, and product operations while partnering closely with the CEO, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and business leadership teams. 

The VP of Product will play a critical role in shaping the future of a market-leading advertising intelligence platform powered by advanced audience measurement and media analytics technology. This leader will balance visionary thinking with operational rigor to drive scalable SaaS product development, revenue growth, and customer impact. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Leadership:

·       Define and execute the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with revenue and growth objectives.

·       Lead and scale Product Management and Product Operations teams, establishing strong processes, accountability, and execution discipline.

·       Partner closely with executive leadership to prioritize investments, product initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.

·       Own product-related operating and capital budgets, performance metrics, and product-driven growth initiatives. 

Product Development & Execution:

·       Lead the full SaaS product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, design, development, QA, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

·       Partner with Engineering and Data teams to improve release cadence, product quality, instrumentation, and operational scalability.

·       Build customer feedback loops, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product decision-making processes.

·       Drive product innovation through AI-enabled workflows, automation, and emerging agentic AI technologies. 

Market & Customer Engagement:

·       Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand market needs and identify growth opportunities.

·       Translate complex advertising, media measurement, and audience data into differentiated customer-facing products.

·       Maintain deep knowledge of the media, adtech, streaming, DSP, SSP, and advertising intelligence ecosystems.

·       Partner with Marketing and Sales teams on product positioning, packaging, launches, and go-to-market execution. 

Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership:

·       Establish scalable product operations, including data monitoring, onboarding processes, telemetry, and customer-facing data quality initiatives.

·       Lead vendor and partner relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA management, and build-versus-buy evaluations.

·       Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. 

Qualifications:

·       12+ years of product leadership experience within B2B SaaS environments.

·       5+ years of experience in adtech, media measurement, audience analytics, programmatic advertising, or related industries.

·       Strong experience leading complex SaaS product organizations and cross-functional teams.

·       Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, pricing, packaging, and monetization.

·       Deep understanding of data-driven products, product analytics, experimentation, and telemetry frameworks.

·       Experience working closely with founders or visionary CEOs in high-growth environments.

·       Strong knowledge of AI tools, automation, and emerging agentic AI technologies.

·       Exceptional executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

Preferred Experience:

·       Experience with audience measurement technologies, ACR data, or advertising intelligence platforms.

·       Background in political advertising, broadcast media, streaming, or live sports measurement.

·       Experience scaling product organizations during rapid growth phases.

·       Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-vertical SaaS platforms.
