Who Staffing is looking for a Data (Product) Analyst for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client in Alexandria, VA (hybrid work schedule).
Job Summary:
As a Data (Product) Analyst, you will report to the Senior Product Manager and be part of a talented, driven, and growing team dedicated to working in a highly collaborative and open environment at our entrepreneurial media-tech firm. The role requires a self-starter mentality, and the ideal candidate would be regularly challenged. The Data (Product) Analyst will work closely with the development and product teams, as well as our clients, to deliver customer requests and provide insights on improving new products. The selected candidate will help curate clients’ media and advertising data and use it to generate client value and support execution of the product roadmap.
The Impact You Will Make:
· Support the development and long-term maintenance of internal data methodologies and data processes to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability over time.
· Apply analytical and process improvement techniques to evaluate and enhance data and product quality, driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
· Develop a deep understanding of clients’ data to independently analyze questions, surface insights, and provide clear, trustworthy conclusions that inform decision making.
· Assist with ad hoc client requests, acting as a subject matter expert on client data to deliver timely, data-backed analyses that enhance client satisfaction and trust.
· See projects through completion, including project planning, data collection and analysis, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
· Support execution of roadmap projects and coordinate cross-functionally between technical and product teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and alignment on priorities.

Ideal Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· 2+ years of work experience in data analysis or similar field.
· Experience with relational databases, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing.
· Proficient in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools.
· Experience with quantitative analysis techniques, with a solid foundation in media and advertising.
· SQL knowledge and ability to write complex queries to pull and summarize data from multiple tables.
