Who Staffing is looking for a Project Manager for a fulltime, direct hire opportunity with our client. This is a remote opportunity.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager plays a central leadership role in ensuring the success of our client’s client implementation and integration projects. This position manages a portfolio of small-to-mid-size projects and oversees all subcontracted engagements by our vendor partner. The PM ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional client experience.
This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and can balance multiple client-facing projects with internal coordination and resource management. The PM also provides direction to our client’s Project Coordinator and supports the Senior Director of Operations in maintaining high delivery standards across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple concurrent software implementation and integration projects (project size typically 50–500 hours; 8–26 weeks in duration).
· Oversee and monitor all subcontracted projects with our vendor partner, including direct management of some engagements.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets based on allocated labor hours.
· Lead internal and client-facing project meetings, track deliverables, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
· Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and accountability.
· Manage the workload, priorities, and professional development of the Project Coordinator.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to client’s delivery standards.
· Report project performance and risk indicators to leadership.
Leadership and Collaboration:
· Serve as a point of stability and leadership across project teams.
· Foster clear communication between technical, client, and leadership stakeholders.
· Model ethical, mission-centered decision-making consistent with client’s core values.
Required Qualifications:
· PMP certification or actively pursuing certification with expected completion within 12 months.
· 4–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, software implementation, or professional services.
· Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
· U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with nonprofit organizations or mission-driven clients.
· Familiarity with CRM, data, or integration projects (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Apricot, etc.).
· Experience in a small-firm or professional services environment.
