Who Staffing is looking for an Operations Manager-Sales and Product Development for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client in Alexandria, VA (hybrid work schedule).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our client’s team. This pivotal role will drive operational excellence across their Sales Operations and Product Development functions, ensuring efficiency, scale, and cross-functional alignment. Reporting directly to the SVP, Data, this manager will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Team's strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to automate processes and create business efficiencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Operations Efficiency:
· Serve as the primary administrator and expert for the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, optimized workflows, and successful integration with other business systems.
· Manage and optimize the sales process lifecycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
· Direct Sales and Service liaison is responsible for HubSpot Task creation and workflow processes allowing efficient interdepartmental interactions.
· Identify opportunities for system automation and implement solutions, including leveraging AI/Machine Learning tools, to enhance sales productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
· Develop and maintain critical sales performance metrics and dashboards.
Product Development Operations Management:
· Serve as Scrum Master for the product development lifecycle, supporting Agile processes and ensuring strong alignment between product strategy, delivery plans, and execution.
· Own and manage product and delivery governance within product management tools (Aha!) and Agile project management tools (Jira).
· Facilitate effective planning, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
· Enable clear, consistent, and timely cross-functional communication between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience working in an Operations role within a B2B technology company.
· Demonstrated experience operating in an Agile Scrum environment, leveraging product management and development tools (specifically Aha! and Jira) to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product increments.
· Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously (certification is a plus).
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex operational concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
· Proficiency in designing and implementing system automation and familiarity with the application of AI/Machine Learning to improve business processes and operational efficiencies.
Bonus Qualifications:
· Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) and DaaS (Data as a Service) products.
· Experience working with Gong or other AI based sales operations tool
· Experience reporting directly to or heavily supporting executive-level leadership (VP, SVP, C-suite)
· Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using business intelligence tools.
