SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

Who Staffing is looking for a Sales Operations Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client in Alexandria, VA. 

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales organization ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. 

Reporting directly to the SVP, Data, this individual will play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, improving pipeline visibility, and enabling revenue growth through systems, automation, and analytics. 

Keu Responsibilities: 

Sales Operations & Efficiency:

·       Serve as the primary administrator and expert for HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, optimized workflows, and seamless integration with other business systems.

·       Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process lifecycle, including understanding and providing comprehensive metrics surrounding lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

·       Act as the central liaison between Sales, Service, and cross-functional teams, managing HubSpot task creation and workflows to enable efficient multi-department collaboration.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging AI/ML tools where appropriate to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.

·       Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting to support executive decision-making.

·       Ensure pipeline accuracy and hygiene, establishing and/or enhancing standardized processes for deal tracking, stage progression, and forecasting consistency. 

Revenue Operations & Strategic Support:

·       Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability.

·       Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

·       Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market operational strategies.

·       Provide actionable insights to the Executive Team/CEO to inform strategic decision-making. 

Cross-Functional Operations & Process Management:

·       Lead and manage cross-functional operational projects tied to revenue growth and efficiency.

·       Develop, document, and standardize sales processes and best practices to ensure scalability.

·       Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Tech, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle.

·       Act as a key operational partner to executive leadership/CEO, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives. 

Required Qualifications:

·       5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B technology company.

·       Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM administration and optimization.

·       Proven experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·       Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Experience implementing automation and process improvements within a sales organization. 

Bonus Qualifications:

·       Experience with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Gong or similar platforms).

·       Background in SaaS or DaaS business models.

·       Experience supporting executive-level leadership (VP/SVP/C-suite).

·       Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using BI tools.
