Who Staffing is looking for a Sales/Business Development Representative for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client in Glen Arm, MD. 

Job Summary:

Our client provides real estate tax reduction services. We are seeking an Outside Sales/Business Development Representative who has knowledge of or a passion for real estate taxation, assessment appeals and tax credits. 

Daily Responsibilities:

·       Market to potential clients

·       Communicate with potential and existing clients

·       Educate clients on Real Property taxation, assessment appeals, and tax credits

·       Prepare Comparative Market Analysis

·       Determine if an assessment appeal would be beneficial

·       Contract with clients for assessment appeal services

·       Take on additional roles and responsibilities with potential for a partnership position 

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (strongly desired)

·       1-3 years of professional work experience preferred (open to recent college graduates with real estate industry knowledge)

·       Team oriented individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·       Self-Motivator, ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

·       Excellent analytical skills

·       Exhibits decision making ability

·       Strong oral and written communication skills

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word are required

·       Desire to build relationships with property managers and owners of real estate investment portfolios in excess of 100 properties which may include minimal travel

·       Existing relationships with property managers and owners of real estate investment portfolios in excess of 100 properties in Maryland is a plus 

Additional Qualifications:

·       All applicants must have reliable transportation to and from Baltimore County and be open to daily travel in and out of Baltimore City 

Work Schedule:

·       Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week (flexible hours)

·       Weekends as necessary but not the norm 

Compensation / Benefits Include:

·       Base salary plus commission opportunity
